E3AFA Algae Capsules

E3AFA from E3Live is collected from only the deepest, most pristine waters of Upper Klamath Lake. We harvest only at peak times of optimal growth, when the AFA is the heartiest, and most vibrant under strict Quality Control and GMP guidelines. AFA is single cell Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (Latin for invisible flower of the water).

1 cup water or 1 cup fresh almond milk
2 bananas
1/2 cup frozen fruit, any kind (optional if you want a cold, frozen smoothie)
