Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgien/Belgium, Bulgarien/Bulgaria, Dänemark/Denmark, Estland/Estonia, Finnland/Finland, Frankreich/France, Griechenland/Greece, Großbritannien/Great Britain, Italien/Italy, Irland/Ireland, Kroatien/Croatia, Lettland/Latvia, Litauen/Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, Niederlande/Netherlands, Österreich/Austria, Polen/Poland, Portugal, Rumänien/Romania, Schweden/Sweden, Slowakei/ Slovakia, Slowenien/Slovenia, Spanien/Spain, Tschechische Republik/Czech Republic, Ungarn/Hungary.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Wir berechnen die Versandkosten pauschal mit 4,90 € pro Bestellung, ausgenommen bei Tiefkühlware.

Ab einem Bestellwert von 60,00 € liefern wir versandkostenfrei, ausgenommen bei Tiefkühlware.

Tiefkühlware versenden wir von Montag bis Mittwoch nur innerhalb Deutschlands und per Expressversand, Lieferzeit ca. 1 - 5 Tage. Die Versandkosten für Expresslieferung und spezielle Verpackung betragen 18,90 € pro Paket. Versand von Tiefkühlware ins Ausland bieten wir nicht an. Tiefkühlprodukte und Produkte des normalen Sortiments können nicht gemeinsam versendet werden. Bitte lösen Sie je entsprechend eine gesonderte Bestellung aus. Die Versandkosten für Tiefkühlware sind von der Versandkostenbefreiung ausgenommen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Pakete mit Tiefkühlware am Liefertag persönlich entgegengenommen werden müssen, eine Hinterlegung ist nicht möglich. Wir verwenden Isolierverpackungen, sollte die Ware trotzdem einmal angetaut sein, stellt dies keinen Qualitätsverlust dar und die Ware kann wieder tiefgekühlt werden.

We offer flat-rate shipping of 4,90 € for each order. Frozen goods are excluded from this offer.

Orders above 60,00 € will be shipped free of charge. Frozen goods are excluded from this offer.

Frozen products are shipped from Monday to Wednesday only within Germany and by express delivery, delivery time approx. 1 - 5 days. Express delivery and special packaging is subject to a charge of 18,90 € per parcel. We do not offer shipment of frozen products outside Germany. Frozen and normal range products cannot be shipped together. Please place a separate order for each of these. Frozen products are not exempt of shipping costs.

Please note that parcels with frozen goods must be handed to you in person on the day of delivery. We cannot deposit them. We use insulated packaging to ship frozen goods, should the frozen products arrive nevertheless slightly defrosted, these can be refrozen without loss of quality.

In case of deliveries to the German Islands, an island surcharge of 12,00 € is charged on the dispatch costs.

Bei Lieferung in das Nicht-EU-Ausland, können weitere Zölle, Steuern oder Gebühren vom Kunden zu zahlen sein, jedoch nicht an den Anbieter, sondern an die dort zuständigen Zoll- bzw. Steuerbehörden. Kunden wird empfohlen, die Einzelheiten vor der Bestellung bei den Zoll- bzw. Steuerbehörden zu erfragen.

At delivery to non-EU countries, further customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible. Customers are advised to ask customs or tax authorities for details before placing an order.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
