Seldom I feel the urge to read a book more than once, for no other reason than, there is a plethora of books on my reading list.
Yet, this is such a book. It is packed with such wonderful information, so many tips to maintain supreme health, to reverse aging; I wish to consult it again and again. This book is an inspiration. When Tonya was a child, because of her bilateral hip problem, her parents were told she would never walk. After years of grueling therapy, she did learn to walk without crutches, though she still had a limp. She was told to get used to the idea of limping for the rest of her life. That is when she stopped pleading with doctors and began thinking for herself. Confronted with the need for extensive surgery so she could walk normally, she began to seek a lifestyle that would support her recovery from the ravages of repeated incisions. Since 1997, she has been completely raw.

Today Tonya Zavasta is an international recognized author and at almost 60, she is a beautiful woman who looks decades younger than her age.
